Service Terms

• The client agrees to provide access to premises and necessary preparations as instructed before service (e.g., clearing areas, covering utensils, securing pets).

• Clients are advised to follow all guidelines provided before and after treatments for safety, such as keeping treated areas closed for a specified period and not touching treated surfaces.

• Children, elderly, and individuals with respiratory conditions should avoid treated areas until the premises have been ventilated and cleaned.

Warranty & Liability

• PPC strives for high standards in pest management but does not guarantee complete and permanent elimination of pests due to environmental and operational variables.

• In case of recurrence within the contract period, PPC will provide required follow-up treatments, subject to inspection.

• PPC is not liable for damage, loss, or injury resulting from pest management services, or for any inconvenience caused during the service period.

Communication

By contracting services with PPC, clients consent to receive communications regarding bookings, services, and feedback through calls, SMS, or email.

Law & Jurisdiction

• All bookings, agreements, and service contracts with PPC are governed by the laws of India.

• Any dispute arising shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Privacy

• PPC values customer privacy and will only use contact details for internal purposes and service coordination. Data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
